At Royal Big Grace Foundation, we are committed to delivering merchandise and physical items to our supporters in a timely, transparent, and efficient manner. This policy explains our shipping process, timelines, and related information.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving full payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details once your order is confirmed.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship using reliable courier and postal services (e.g., India Post, Delhivery, DTDC).

  • Delivery is available across India.

  • International shipping is currently not available.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout before payment.

  • For donation-based merchandise (e.g., thank-you kits, certificates), shipping may be offered free of cost depending on the campaign.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Maharashtra: 3–7 business days

  • Other states in India: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen issues such as regional holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • You can use this number to track your package on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond 14 working days or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately at jio@royalbiggrace.com or +91 826 300 6324.

  • We will investigate the issue and coordinate with our courier partner to resolve it.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Share unboxing images or video as proof for claim verification.

  • We will offer a free replacement or exchange as per availability.
