Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Royal Big Grace Foundation, we deeply value every contribution and commitment made towards our mission of uplifting lives through education, healthcare, and social welfare.

As a non-profit organization, we maintain a transparent and accountable donation and service policy. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Donations

  • Non-Refundable Contributions
    All donations made to Royal Big Grace Foundation are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances, as the funds are immediately allocated to our ongoing programs and beneficiaries.

  • Incorrect Donation Amount
    If you believe you have made an error in the donation amount or any other transaction detail, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at jio@royalbiggrace.com or call +91 826 300 6324. We will review your request and respond accordingly. However, we cannot guarantee refunds for voluntary donations.

2. Event Registrations or Paid Activities

  • Cancellation by Participant
    If you have registered for a paid event or activity organized by us and wish to cancel, please notify us via email at least 5 working days prior to the event date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative charges.

  • Cancellation by Royal Big Grace
    In the rare case where we must cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified via email or phone. A full refund or event credit may be issued at our discretion.

3. Merchandise (if applicable)

If you have purchased any merchandise from our official platform:

  • Returns will be accepted only for damaged or incorrect products received, and the request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
